Dr. Adewale Ogunlesi
Dr. Ogunlesi founded Thelightville Consulting in 1999 with a vision to transform how African businesses leverage technology. Under his leadership, the company has grown from a small IT consultancy to a multinational technology powerhouse serving clients across two continents.
Prior to founding Thelightville, Dr. Ogunlesi held senior technology roles at leading financial institutions in Nigeria and the UK. He holds a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Lagos, an MBA from Harvard Business School, and is a certified CISA and CISSP.
He serves on the board of several technology companies and is a frequent speaker at international technology conferences on digital transformation and cybersecurity in emerging markets.

Jennifer Chen
Jennifer oversees all operational aspects of Thelightville, ensuring excellence in service delivery and client satisfaction across our global offices. She joined the company in 2015 to lead our Canadian expansion and was promoted to COO in 2019.
With extensive experience in technology consulting and operations management, Jennifer previously held senior positions at Accenture and Deloitte, managing large-scale technology transformation programs.
She holds an MBA from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and ITIL Expert.

Chinedu Okafor
Chinedu leads our technology innovation and R&D initiatives, keeping Thelightville at the forefront of emerging technologies including cloud computing, AI, and blockchain. He joined Thelightville in 2008 and has been instrumental in building our technical capabilities.
Before joining Thelightville, Chinedu worked at Microsoft and IBM, where he led teams developing enterprise software solutions. He holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from MIT and multiple certifications from AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
